How To Be Successful Your First Day Of Training

Congratulations on taking the first step to your fitness journey! We can’t wait to start this experience with you, the BBT way. So now you may be wondering, “How do I prepare for my first day?” To get a beneficial workout, it is important to properly prepare for it. So, here’s a few tips on how to be successful on your first training day.
Come in ready with a positive attitude and a positive mind. Think about the goals you want to accomplish and the desired result you will have after your hard work. If you have negative thoughts you will yield negative results, but if you have positive thoughts you will bring about positive results.
Eat & Hydrate
Try to eat a complete meal containing carbs and protein 2 to 3 hours before you exercise.Your body uses carbs as fuel, so eating a solid meal before you work out is essential. Also, make sure that you are very well hydrated prior to a workout. Avoid sodas and alcohol, water is vital for staying hydrated during an exercise.
Be Open To Learn
Your trainer is a support system to help assist you with your workout and make sure you’re doing your exercises efficiently. It is important to be receptive to their guidance. Also, make sure you communicate well with your coach. If you are in pain, you’re unsure of how to perform a workout, or have any other questions don’t hesitate to relay that to your trainer. They are here specifically for YOU. You will learn a lot about your body the more you workout,
You will be moving throughout the whole session, so it is important to wear comfortable clothing you can move around in. Make sure to wear clothing that isn’t constricting, so you have as much free movement as possible. Wear comfortable sneakers for all the movements you’ll be doing.
