BBT Member Spotlight: August Members of the Month

Each month, we carefully evaluate our members' progress, dedication, and achievements to select the individuals who have truly stood out and made a significant impact on our community. Whether it's smashing personal bests, showing unwavering commitment, or supporting others through their fitness journeys, our Members of the Month exemplify what it means to be part of the BBT Fitness family.


Without further ado, let us introduce you to the stellar individuals who have secured their spots as August's Members of the Month:



First up we have Sarah Hartwell



Where are you from? Born in Houston, TX but grew up in Tacoma, WA


How long have you been a member of BBT Fitness? 1 year and 1 month


What Program are you in? BBT Fitcamp (Strengthcamp)


What's your favorite part of being a member of BBT Fitness? The community and the environment. When you join BBT you are joining a fitness family and get an opportunity to work in a great facility.


List some of your major accomplishments here at BBT Fitness. Getting back into a consistent routine of working out 4-5x/week, and seeing drastic improvements in my upper body strength(i.e. increase in bench press), I don’t have exact numbers, but definitely gained muscle and have been staying at a good body fat %


What is your favorite movement? Back squats


What's your favorite Hobby? Traveling and boxing


If someone was hesitant about joining BBT Fitness, what would you tell them? You won’t regret joining. No matter what your fitness goals are you will be pushed to be your best, will have fun, and you will meet some dope people.

What's your favorite part of being a member of BBT Fitness? The community of people, the welcoming atmosphere, and the motivating coaches.

What is your favorite movement? Box jumps


What's your favorite Hobby? Podcasting
