Hello, and welcome to Body by T Fitness! We are extremely excited to be working with you to assist you in reaching your fitness goals and we dedicated to supporting you through the entire process.

I just want to take the time to tell you thank you for choosing to train with us!

We understand that you could train at your local gym, with another trainer or even train yourselves, but you choose to train with us and we truly appreciate it.

We understand that training may not always be fun and some days you may even want to quit- but you don’t. Its people like yourself that inspire me every day. That is why we invest so much time, week in and week out, to provide the best services for our members. Please know that we are invested in you!

So, on behalf of myself and the Body by T Fitness staff, I would like to tell you how much we appreciate your business and that with your work ethic, anything is possible!

FitCamp Briefing

Our FitCamp program is designed to be our marquee program in helping our clients reach their fitness goals. Designed with the latest fitness research and studies, we design our FitCamps to be highly effective and challenging while still developing a strong sense of community.

Our FitCamp is designed in protocols, or training lesson plans. As we take you through our program we gradually build each week, moving you closer to your fitness goals.

FitCamps are small personal training groups of 4 to 8 people. We believe that it’s important to train with like-minded individuals that have similar goals as you. You will benefit from 1-on-1 attention while creating a positive community amongst your small group.


  • SlimThick

    • Our fat loss program designed to help you achieve the maximum amount of fat loss while still building muscle.

    • Program is built from the latest fitness research in fat and weight loss.

    • You can expect intensive metabolic training and HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

    • Metabolic training is completing structural and compound exercises with little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after the workout

    • HITT is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

  • FitThick

    • This program is designed to help our clients looing to gain weight or achieve a “thicker” physique.

    • It is built on the latest hypertrophy and weight gaining techniques used across the fitness industry.

    • Muscle hypertrophy is the increase in size of skeletal muscle through a growth in size of its component cells.

    • You WILL reduce your body fat percentage and increase a significant amount of muscle mass with this program.

  • Strength Camp

    • This program is designed for those who want to focus on their strength and building a stronger physique.

    • You can expect heavy, consistent lifting as we help you work towards building the strong body you desire while retaining a feminine aesthetic.

All Class times are listed on your Body by T Fitness App in your App store. Please refer to this schedule for the official schedule.

Booking your class

To ensure that we can continue to deliver our high quality of training and keep our class sizes to manageable, please make sure you book your classes each day before you come in.

You can book your class by the following ways:

Booking through the app

  1. Open Body by T Fitness app

  2. Login to App

  3. Select Class

  4. Click Book class

***Note: Selecting “Add to Calendar” does not book class

Booking through the Website

  1. Go to

  2. Go to client Homepage

  3. Select Already a Client

  4. Login into MINDBODY

  5. Click Classes

  6. Book Class

Check-in Dates

During check-in, you will be asked to send in the following:

  • Progress Pictures

    • Full body

    • Front, back, and side views

  • Updated Body Fat percentage

  • Measurements

    • In inches

    • Bust, wait, hips, arms neck

  • Small Testimonials (Also part of your BBT Pillars)

BBT FitCamp check-in dates are on the 1st and the 15th of each month.

What We Expect of Our Clients

  • Positive Attitude

    • It is essential to come into training with a positive attitude. There will be times when you feel like giving up, and times that you don’t feel like working out. We want you to be positive and embrace every aspect of your journey. Leave everything at the door and put everything you can into your workout!

  • Great Work Ethic

    • It starts with you! When you start training with Body by T Fitness, we need you to be come in ready to work. Whether you’re in the gym or at home, you have to have great work ethic. Our workouts can be tough, but it is essential that you push through in order to see the progress that you want.

  • Willingness to be Coached

    • You came to us for a reason, so let us help you! We expect our clients to be coachable and accountable. That means being receptive to corrections and critiques, and applying them to future workouts. Our workouts will always be tough, but we can always be help you through them if you let is.

  • Determination to reach your goals

    • Finally, we need you to remember your why. Why you started is crucial to how you finish. We know that every day will not be easy, but by staying focused on your goals at hand. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to!
