Ridgewood and Bushwick are still pretty "transient" neighborhoods. People move in and out, get new roommates, lose partners, etc. All of this lends to us getting to meet nearly a dozen new people every month! That's pretty exciting and sometimes we meet people who become friends for life, even if they move out of the neighborhood. But sometimes we also meet people who aren't right for us. And that's okay. What's the intake process like here? Sign up for a No Sweat Intro, then sit down with one of our knowledgeable coaches. We'll go over WHY's for coming in, discuss what we can do to help, and then together, we'll decide if CrossFit Bridge & Tunnel is right for you. You Might Be Right For Us If....

  • You view your health as an investment We are not a part-time gym. Actually, we're not a gym. We're a Wellness facility. We offer a safe, educational place to gain strength, sweat, mobilize. We help you develop quality eating habits and find happiness with yourself.

  • You Appreciate Quality Instruction & Coaching Our coaches spend time daily and weekly bettering themselves. We focus on education and often use our clients as the impetus for learning more. If you aren't willing to listen, learn and change, we may not be the right place for you.

  • You want to be part of something bigger Our community is only as strong as its weakest link. That doesn't mean we expect everyone to attend every event or partiicpate in every activity. But we do expect you to be awesome. We hope you'll learn nearly everyone's name and we hope you'll happily grab a new partner for a Partner WOD.
