On behalf of the entire Body By T Fitness staff, we would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the BBT Fitness Family. Our vision is to bring fitness and nutrition into everyone’s lives with training, nutrition guiding, and accountability.


As a professional training facility, our members are the most important part of our business, and we are always working around the clock to ensure your complete satisfaction with our programs. From our weekly staff meetings to professional development seminars to our commitment to go the extra mile, we are committed to assisting you in your fitness journey. That’s why at BBT Fitness, we pride ourselves on offering the best client experience from the front office to the training floor by providing you with competent and excellent service. BBT General Manager

Hello, my name is Tyler and I am the General Manager & Head Coach at BBT North Charlotte. FIrst and foremost, it is an honor to be working with you to your fitness goals and I can’t tell you how excited we are to helping you reach your fitness goals.


My role in your fitness journey is to oversee all training programs and office duties to ensure all the moving parts are running effectively for you! You may see me on the training floor with my computer taking notes for the day or on the phone following up with you to just see how you’re doing. I take my role very seriously and if you need any help, let me know!

  • Communicating all exciting updates about Body by T Fitness

  • Handling all Billing Issues including (Suspensions & Terminations)

  • Problem Solving any issues that would prevent you from training

  • Your ally in your fitness journey.


What we need from you

  • Communication- Our office staff can’t help if they don’t know! Job change, Financial situation change, training problems. The best way to avoid issues it to be proactive.

  • Willingness to Compromise- When issues arises, our goal will be to help you achieve the best outcome. However, this may not always be the ideal outcome. We will always make the best recomm

BBT Office Manager

The BBT Office Manager plays an integral role here at Body by T Fitness in ensuring you are successful with us! The BBT Office manager serves as your primary point of contact at BBT Fitness for any questions or issues you may have! The main goal of the BBT Office Manager is to ensure you complete your training program and problem solve any issue that may arise while at Body by T Fitness.

The BBT Performance Coach will probably be who you will interact with daily and will be directly responsible for helping you achieve your fitness goals. The Mission of the BBT Performance Coach to “Improve our Athletes Performance, one day at a time” Our performance coaches are trained to help improve everyday to h

What is the best way to contact you?

Email is always the preferred communication route for all professional correspondence to ensure swift reply.


I need to change my billing information?

Please email the BBT Office Manager. Be sure to check our Billing Policies (Found in your training program and BBT Website) to ensure that your request can be completed.


I have questions about my training program, what should I do?

All Performance Coaches can see your training program should be able to answer most of your questions. However, you can speak to the Head Coach to discuss specifics about your program.


Something has come up and it’s affecting my training program. What should I do?

The BBT Office Manager should be contacted immediately so that your issue can be documented and a action plan can be created for you. Remember, we’re here to help!


How can I see my program plan (Contract)?

A version of your program is immediately sent you once you sign up. However, you request a pdf version at anytime from the BBT Office Manager.
