Tips:

BBT progress pictures can be taken anywhere but we recommend take pictures in consistent lighting!

  • Find good lighting: Choose a well-lit area that provides even lighting and accurately captures your body. Avoid harsh shadows or dimly lit areas that may distort your appearance.

  • Choose a neutral background: Select a plain background that doesn't distract from your body. A solid-colored wall or a clean, clutter-free space works best. This allows for better focus on your body's transformation.

  • Take a deep breath out: Before capturing the photo, take a deep breath in and then exhale fully. This helps relax your muscles and provides a more natural and relaxed posture.

  • Don't flex: While it may be tempting to flex and showcase your muscles, it's important to maintain a relaxed and natural stance. This allows for a more accurate representation of your body's starting point.

  • Don't be ashamed: Remember, these pictures are about embracing your journey and documenting your progress. Don't feel ashamed or self-conscious. This is the real you, and it's a starting point for your incredible transformation. Embrace your current state with confidence and positivity.
