Congratulations on taking the first step towards a healthier and fitter lifestyle by signing up for BBT Fitness! We're excited to welcome you to our community and help you achieve your fitness goals. However, before you dive into your training program, there are a few things you need to do to prepare yourself for the BBT Fitness experience. Here are 7 things you need to do before starting at BBT Fitness:

  1. Complete Your BBT New Member Onboarding Form: Our new member onboarding form is a crucial step in creating a tailored training program for you. It helps us get to know your fitness goals, any injuries or limitations you might have, and your current fitness level.

  2. Download all BBT Apps that you will need: To make your training experience at BBT Fitness seamless, you need to download all the necessary apps. This can be done through the BBT course or the text message you received from us.

  3. Build Your Weekly Training Schedule & Submit Your Weekly Training Schedule: Scheduling your workouts in advance helps you stay committed to your fitness goals. Submitting your weekly training schedule allows us monitor your progress and adjust your training program if necessary.

  4. Complete Your Initial Inbody: Our initial Inbody assessment helps us understand your body composition and track your progress over time. This should have already been completed before starting your training program.

  5. Submit Your Before Pictures: Don't forget to submit your before pictures! We will remind you because they will be an essential visual tool to track your progress over time.

  6. Complete the BBT Aesthetic Athlete Course: Our BBT Aesthetic Athlete Course is designed to give you the foundational knowledge to get the most out of your training program. Completing this course will help you better understand the exercises, techniques, and equipment we use at BBT Fitness.

  7. (Optional) Pick Out a New Training Outfit: You might be feeling excited about starting your fitness journey, and we think it's great! If you're looking for inspiration, we're happy to suggest some training outfit ideas to make you feel comfortable and confident during your workouts.
