Welcome to BBT Fitness!

Hello and welcome to BBT Fitness! My name is Madison and I first want to congratulate you on taking the first step to reaching your fitness goals. I know that, with the right effort, support, and motivation, we can easily reach your fitness goals!

What to Expect at BBT Fitness

BBT Fitness is a safe place. Many of the people who walk through our doors have never had a coach before or done any organized training. If you get a little nervous before coming, don't worry that's normal.

Everyone was "brand new" at one point so you are not alone. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive environment where you can work on being the best version of yourself. Everyone is welcome here.

What You Should Expect From Us

BBT Training Experience: Training Sessions & the Body by T App

Both the BBT Bootcamp and BBT Fitcamp Program offer unlimited training to all members enrolled in the program. Your training session will be different depending on the type of training you are doing, Fitcamp vs bootcamp.

Members in the BBT Aesthetic Program (BBT Bootcamp and BBT Fitcamp) are offered unlimited training in their training programs! Training sessions are

BBT Coaches: Our Role to You

One of the best assets at BBT Fitness is the Coaching Staff!

Our coaching staff is here to:

  • Assess

  • Correct

  • Motivate & Push- We as coaches will learn you and figure you out over time. Part of our responsibility is to understand you and

With either, the coaches are always there to keep you safe, assist you, or modify an exercise if there is any pain. Don't be afraid to ask questions or speak up if something doesn't feel right. We are here to help and we can't help if we don't know something is wrong.

We are pretty good at reading faces so don't be alarmed if we ask if something is going on. We don't train through "bad pain" at BBT Fitness.

Frequently Asked Questions:

When can members train?

Members can train at any of the times their program is offered from 5 AM to 10 PM. Monday - Thursday. On Fridays, we offer Team Lift at 9 am and 6 pm for all our members!

What does unlimited training mean?

Unlimited training means you have the opportunity to train 10 to 34 times a week! But making it to 3 sessions a week is a great goal.

How do I schedule a session?

You can schedule a session through the Body by T App.

Is having a coach the same as having a personal trainer?

Having a dedicated coach on the floor means you will see the coach moving from person to person, checking in on members, correcting your form, pushing you to do more, and maintaining the lit BBT Training environment.

What if I am inexperienced in the gym?

If you are inexperienced in the gym that is completely ok, that's why we are here! We will teach you how to do the movements and will be there every step of the way.
