We have provided you with 6 steps that will ensure that you will be successful once you enter our unique coaching program.

  1. Take Your Progress Pictures

    1. First thing first, don't let your hard work go unnoticed! Before you step foot into BBT Fitness, make sure to snap those progress pics! It's not just for the 'gram, it's for you and your journey to fitness success. With these pictures, you'll be able to track your progress, celebrate your milestones, and crush your fitness goals! Plus, who doesn't love a good transformation pic? So, put on your best smile, flex those muscles, and let's show the world what you're made of! 💪🏽 📸🌟

  2. Schedule Your 1st Training Session

    1. At BBT Fitness, we will ask you to book each training session that you plan to attend. This helps us keep track of your attendance as well as forecast how many members will come into a particular session and allow us to properly plan to ensure a successful training session.

    2. Building your training schedule in advance shows that you are committed to your success. The good thing about BBT is that even if something comes up in your schedule, we have plenty of time available for you to train, so let's not make any excuses, and let's work on getting you your results!

  3. Download all BBT APPs and Make a Folder

    1. BBT Fitness has got you covered with our super slick apps! With just a few taps on your phone, you can access all the resources you need to smash your fitness targets, from workout plans to nutrition tips, and everything in between! Plus, you'll be up-to-date on all the latest happenings at BBT, so you won't miss a beat! Click the link provided to get access to the BBT Apps:

  4. Follow BBT Social Media Pages

    1. When you follow BBT's Social Media Platforms, you will be able to stay updated on all things BBT Fitness while supporting all the amazing things you and your fitness friends will doing! At BBT Fitness, we use our social media a lot here to highlight the amazing accomplishments of the BBT Fitness Community and we love to keep our members posted on what's new with us.

  5. Refer 2 Friends

    1. BBT members whose referrals join after their Success Consultation will earn $25 for each successful referral. After 1 Year, that's $600 earned from just telling people about the goodness of BBT Fitness. During this review, we will allocate the necessary time to devise SMART Goals that will serve as the foundation for your journey. Additionally, we will cover the following subjects:

      1. Areas that you may be struggling with

      2. Helping you build a solid training schedule

      3. Calculate your Macros
