At BBT Fitness, we’re more than just a gym — we’re a community. Whether you’re chasing your next PR, showing up after a long day, or just getting started on your fitness journey, we want everyone to feel welcome, supported, and safe on the training floor.
To keep that energy strong, we’ve laid out a few key expectations for all members. These aren’t just rules — they’re the standards we hold ourselves to so we can all grow, push, and win together.
1. Respect the Space — and the People In It
This gym is your gym — treat it (and the folks around you) like home. That means re-racking weights, returning equipment, and wiping things down after use. Nobody wants to sit in your sweat or trip over a dumbbell, right?
Respect is the foundation of everything we do.
2. Safety First, Always
We’re here to build strength, not injuries. Warm up, move with intention, and never be afraid to ask for guidance. If something feels off or you're unsure how to use a piece of equipment — grab a coach. We’ve got your back.
3. Share the Grind
We know — it’s your favorite machine or rack. But during peak hours, it’s all about teamwork. Rotate sets, keep rest times reasonable, and stay off your phone unless you’re using it for your workout. Let’s all get the work in.
4. Trust the Program
Our training is designed with purpose. Stick to the flow, follow your coach’s lead, and trust the process. We love creativity — but not at the expense of your results or class structure. Respect the session.
5. Be a Vibe
We lift each other up here — literally and mentally. Encourage your fellow members. Celebrate wins, big or small. Keep the energy positive, the language respectful, and the attire gym-appropriate (yes, that means clean shoes too).
BBT is built on culture. Protect it.
6. Hydrate, Clean Up, and Keep It Fresh
Water is your best friend. Bring your bottle, stay hydrated, and clean up after yourself — towels, wrappers, personal items, all of it. Food stays off the training floor, but snacks are always welcome in the lounge.
Let’s keep our space as fresh as our gains.
7. Be Coachable
Our coaches are here to help you level up. Be open to feedback and willing to adjust. Communicate if you’ve got injuries or limitations, and don’t be afraid to speak up if something isn’t working for you. We're in this together.
Final Thoughts
These expectations aren’t just about structure — they’re about creating a space where every person who walks through our doors feels supported, empowered, and ready to get better.
So let’s continue to show up with purpose, move with respect, and train like the athletes we are.See you on the floor, fam. Let’s get it!
