This is the most accountability that I have ever had. I do agree with the article with starting and quitting and that is what I refuse to do. What I do love about this program is that it’s fully different from any gym I have been to. I’m given different options with workouts for home (still prefer gym) with the train heroic which I do like. Also having Everfit for the macro nutrition which is honestly a very huge play in making sure I can meet my goals by eating right and having a good relationship with healthy foods to know what to get and eat. The monthly assesssment & goal sheet is new for me, however it helps me…
