BBT Member Spotlight: September Members of the Month

In the world of fitness, dedication and hard work deserve recognition, and at BBT Fitness, we believe in celebrating those who embody the spirit of determination and commitment. Each month, we are thrilled to shine a spotlight on our outstanding members who have demonstrated extraordinary dedication to their fitness journey. These individuals have not only achieved remarkable physical transformations but have also inspired others with their unwavering passion for health and wellness.

First up we have Jassmin McIver-Jones


Where are you from? Greensboro, NC

How long have you been a member of BBT Fitness? Since March 2023


What's your favorite part of being a member of BBT Fitness? "I love the atmosphere! The camaraderie from the coaches and members makes you enjoy showing up every day and gives you that extra push to give it your all!"


List some of your major accomplishments here at BBT Fitness. "I’m a lot stronger than I was before joining. My body fat % has decreased. Mentally I’ve challenged myself to do stuff that would’ve intimidated me. I’ve become a consistent morning gym person lol."


What is your favorite movement? Deadlift


What's your favorite Hobby? Traveling


If someone was hesitant about joining BBT Fitness, what would you tell them? "It’s worth giving it a try! People here will support you through it and afterward, you’ll feel so much better that you came!"

What's your favorite part of being a member of BBT Fitness? "The workouts and the people."


List some of your major accomplishments here at BBT Fitness. "Overall, I feel stronger now than I was when I first started, and I can lift heavier weights."


What is your favorite movement? Skiers

What's your favorite Hobby? Visiting museums


If someone was hesitant about joining BBT Fitness, what would you tell them? "Just join. BBT is a community that will make you feel like you belong."
