BBT Member Spotlight: February Members of the Month

February, often hailed as the month of love, presents a wonderful opportunity to express appreciation and admiration. In the spirit of embracing this theme, let us extend a heartfelt acknowledgment to our outstanding members of the Month for February. Their dedication, passion, and remarkable contributions deserve not just recognition but a resounding round of applause. It's the perfect time to celebrate their efforts and the positive impact they've had on our community. So, let's join together in applauding these exceptional individuals, making February not only a month of love but also a time to honor those who truly stand out.


First up we have Rebekah Jamerson:


Where are you from?

How long have you been a member of BBT Fitness? A little over a year


What Program are you in? BBT Fitcamp (FitThick)


What's your favorite part of being a member of BBT Fitness? The community and the coaches! Everyone is so supportive & constantly pushing me to reach my goals. I look forward to my workouts every morning.


List some of your major accomplishments here at BBT Fitness. My biggest accomplishment is the mental change that I’ve had around gaining muscle while losing body fat and the importance of hitting my macros. Doing the workouts is the easy part of this journey, Coach Zye has been great at providing education to help me with the mindset shift.


What is your favorite movement? LEG DAY! Any version of an RDL


What's your favorite Hobby? Hiking


If someone was hesitant about joining BBT Fitness, what would you tell them? Just do it! This gym is an excellent choice for beginners to experienced weight lifters. No matter where you’re starting from you’ll be surrounded by people that understand your journey

Where are you from? I’m originally from Baltimore but I’ve lived in Charlotte since 2008.


How long have you been a member of BBT Fitness? 1 month


What Program are you in? BBT Fitcamp (SlimThick)


What's your favorite part of being a member of BBT Fitness? I love the community. Everyone is so helpful and encourages each other, especially during team lift.


List some of your major accomplishments here at BBT Fitness. Within my first month, I’ve gained 5lbs of muscle and lost 4% of body fat.


What is your favorite movement? I love upper body day! I always finish my sets and try to increase weights or reps.


What's your favorite Hobby? I love to travel, bake, and hang out with my little nieces!


If someone was hesitant about joining BBT Fitness, what would you tell them?

I always go in with the mindset that it’s me vs me. I love the encouragement from within myself, my coach, and the members around me! Everybody has to start somewhere so why not here!
