Our primary objective during this session is to assist you in making an informed decision about joining one of our exceptional coaching programs. We understand the importance of time, and that's why we aim to expedite the process, ensuring you can embark on your fitness journey without delay. More than just a discussion, this consultation is a strategic session where we pinpoint the ideal program tailored to your needs and address any potential challenges or obstacles that might stand in your way. What to expect in A consulation
Our consultations are totally free, and they won't eat up much of your time, lasting less than 30 minutes. We'll show you around the gym, do a free Inbody assessment, and figure out the program that suits you best, considering factors like cost, convenience, and your transformation goals. It's a quick and easy way to get started on your fitness journey!
THE BBT STORY
BBT Fitness was started on the campus of UNC Charlotte in 2016 with one main goal? We wanted to make fitness affordable, accessible and effective for college students and young professionals.
When we started, there were two main challenges: not enough affordable fitness options for college students and young professionals to train in, and the places that were affordable, were not quality.
So we set out on a goal to build and provide a top-notch training program without the hefty price tag, and ensure everyone, especially those who could relate to us, had access and the opportunity to to train in these transformative training environments.
Fast forward to today, our mission remains the same, but with an evolution. We're not just a training program; we're a coaching program that's all about helping our members crush three important aspects of there fitness Journey’s: Training, Nutrition, and building a solid, enjoyable, and, most importantly, sustainable fitness lifestyle that will form the foundation for our members fitness Journey for the rest of the life.
