Our Why: The BBT Brand Story

When we started BodyByT Fitness, we  saw a training market that did not engage and understand the training market. Fitness training wasn’t affordable and left for the did not focus on the individual’s goals. And ecer wasn’t inclusive. 

 

We realize that what we needed to create was for a market that did not want another Crossfit Box or another Hip Hop Abs program. Our clients simply wanted an affordable training program that could meet them at their fitness level while giving a training experience like no other. pushed them everyday while focusing on results! Today, BBT Fitness is one of the largest strength and conditioning training facilities in the Charlotte area. However, our impact through community outreach projects, corporate fitness programs, and client outings.

To Be Affordable  

When BBT Fitness was created, our members consisted of primarily college students looking for an affordable way to train. While we have changed alot since the early days, our brand promise of offering affordable fitness to the community has not. We believe that fitness should be able to easily integrate into anyone's monthly finances and pride ourselves on our famed "Program for everyone policy"

 

To Be Effective

Before finding BBT, many of our members would tell you that they constantly asked the question "Am I Doing the right thing" or "Is this effective for my Goals" and found many of their workouts from instagram or youtube while following for the latest fat diet. At BBT Fitness, our goal is deliver our members effective, consistent results center around each individual.

BBT Fitness prides itself as the leader in  professionals training. We believe that we set the standard for quality transformation coaching. From attending conferences Our coaches continuously learn the latest techniques and research to help our clients. At BBT Fitness, we aim to be effective in everything that we do. From nutrition  to lifestyle to the training floor, our pledge to our clients is effective teachers in everything they need.

BBT Fitness operates our 5,000 sq ft. facility in North Charlotte. Located just 1 Mile form Northlake Mall and 8 miles from uptown.
